Execution
- Printing: Coordinate all steps for pre-press and approvals in the execution of high-quality offset printing of envelopes, letterhead and postcards/self-mailers.
- Digital Printing: Add variable graphics, customer personalization or branch information to marketing pieces to increase impact and response rates.
- Production: Produce high-quality, personalized letters and envelopes on laser and ink-jet equipment, incorporating variable text, data, and signatures as appropriate.
- Mailshop: Hand match letter, envelope and reply device to ensure accurate mailing. Or, in non-matched mailing, mechanically fold, insert, seal, sort, stamp and deliver to post office.
- Postage: Analyze the data to properly sort and prepare barcoded mail while processing mailing file with CASS certified pre-sorting software to increase deliverability and achieve the lowest postage rate possible (3 & 5 digit sort, BMC, SCF).
